Aklında - Kullanım Koşulları
Aklında uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursun. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsan Uygulamayı kullanma.
1. Hizmet tanımı
Aklında bir sesli not uygulamasıdır: ses kaydı alır, yazıya döker, yapay zeka ile düzenler ve cihazında saklar. Zaman ve konum bazlı hatırlatıcı kurabilirsin. Hesap sistemi yoktur.
2. Uygun kullanım
- Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanırsın.
- Başkalarının izni olmadan ses kaydı almak gibi hukuka aykırı işlemler yapmazsın.
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, kötüye kullanmaya veya servislere zarar vermeye çalışmazsın.
3. Senin içeriğin
Oluşturduğun ses kayıtları ve notlar sana aittir. İçerik cihazında yerel olarak saklanır. İçeriğinden ve nasıl kullandığından yalnızca sen sorumlusun.
4. Yapay zeka ile işleme
Yazıya dökme ve düzenleme için ses ve metnin üçüncü taraf servislere (OpenAI, Anthropic) o anlık iletilir. AI çıktısı her zaman doğru olmayabilir; önemli kararları çıktıya dayandırmadan önce kontrol etmelisin. Ayrıntı: Gizlilik Politikası.
5. Premium abonelik
- Premium, kullanım limitlerini kaldıran isteğe bağlı bir aboneliktir.
- Ödeme ve yenileme App Store veya Google Play hesabın üzerinden yönetilir.
- Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir.
- İptali istediğin zaman mağaza hesabının ayarlarından yapabilirsin.
- İadeler ilgili mağazanın (Apple / Google) politikalarına tabidir.
6. İzinler
Uygulama mikrofon, bildirim ve isteğe bağlı konum izinleri kullanır. İzinleri reddedebilirsin; ilgili özellik dışında Uygulamanın geri kalanı çalışmaya devam eder.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Veri kaybı, kaçırılan hatırlatıcı veya AI çıktısındaki hatalar dahil olmak üzere kullanımdan doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Hatırlatıcılar cihaz ayarlarına ve işletim sistemine bağlıdır; kritik durumlar için tek başına Uygulamaya güvenme.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde bu sayfayı yeni tarihle yayımlarız. Güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmen yeni koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
9. Fesih
Bu koşulları ihlal etmen halinde Uygulamayı kullanma hakkın sona erebilir. Uygulamayı istediğin zaman kaldırarak kullanımı sonlandırabilirsin.

Aklında - Terms of Use
By using the Aklında app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
1. Service description
Aklında is a voice-note app: it records audio, transcribes it, refines it with AI, and stores it on your device. You can set time- and location-based reminders. There is no account system.
2. Acceptable use
- You use the App only for lawful purposes.
- You will not record others without consent or engage in any unlawful activity.
- You will not reverse engineer, abuse, or attempt to harm the App or its services.
3. Your content
The recordings and notes you create belong to you and are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for your content and how you use it.
4. AI processing
For transcription and refinement, your audio and text are sent to third-party services (OpenAI, Anthropic) for processing only. AI output may not always be accurate; verify it before relying on it for important decisions. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Premium subscription
- Premium is an optional subscription that removes usage limits.
- Payment and renewal are managed through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can cancel anytime in your store account settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the relevant store (Apple / Google).
6. Permissions
The App uses microphone, notification, and optional location permissions. You may deny any permission; the rest of the App keeps working without that feature.
7. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use, including data loss, missed reminders, or errors in AI output. Reminders depend on device settings and the operating system; do not rely on the App alone for critical situations.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will post this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Termination
Your right to use the App may end if you violate these terms. You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
